Is it possible to reschedule my child's booked open play session due to their not feeling well?

Absolutely! If your child is feeling unwell and you are unable to attend your scheduled open play session, we are more than happy to help you reschedule for another date. Please contact us via phone or email to inform us of the situation and we will assist you in rescheduling a new session date and time that works for you.​

I’m an adult who isn’t going to be playing with my child. Do I still have to remove my shoes? Do adults need to wear socks at Jump N Play?


Yes, all adults visiting Jump N Play must wear socks, remove their shoes, and check them in the cubbies, even if they are not actively playing with their child.

Do children need to wear specific socks at Jump N Play?


 Yes, all children must wear grip socks with sufficient rubber grips to ensure safety and traction while playing.

I’m invited to a birthday party. Is there anything I should do to prior arriving?

Yes. Please sign our waiver online prior to coming in (no child can enter the facility without a waiver signed by their parents or guardian) and bring socks for all in your party.

Can I leave and return on the same day? Is there an additional fee?

You and your child are welcome to enjoy the 2 hour minimum, however, there are no re-entries at this time.

Do you sell any snacks/drink ?

 

Yes, we sell many different snacks and drinks for kids and adults. 

What if my child isn't feeling well?

For the well-being of all our guests, we kindly ask that children who are unwell, displaying symptoms such as coughing, fever, or visible signs of illness, they should not be brought into our facility. In the event that a child vomits or experiences a nosebleed while on the premises, they will be asked to leave promptly, with no refunds provided. 

Children with casts or recent medical conditions are not advised to play at our facility; however, the guardian legally makes that decision on behalf of the child and accepts all responsibility. We take the safety and well-being of children very seriously and want to protect all our guests. 

Why does Jump N Play close every 2 hours?

 

We are dedicated to maintaining a clean and sanitized environment within our facility. Our use of kid-safe cleaning and disinfecting products reflects our commitment to safety. While we cannot guarantee the prevention of illness among our customers, we strive to minimize risks through thorough cleaning and sanitization practices.

What is your refund policy?

 

All purchases are final and cannot be refunded. But if you booked a session and your child is sick, we can reschedule your open play session for another date. (Please email or call us to reschedule.)

When purchasing an open play session why won't it let me add an additional sibling/adult?

 

If the selected session is full, adding an additional sibling/adult may not be available due to full capacity.  Please select another time slot or check back for availability. 

When purchasing a Play Pass/Annual Pass how do I book an Open Play Session?

 

If you have a Play Pass/Annual Pass, no advance booking is required for Open Play Sessions. Simply check in at our front desk when you visit. For information on our current capacity or business hours, contact us at 267-500-2954 or Jumpnplaypa@gmail.com. Please note that Open Play will be closed to all guests during private parties or events. Thank you for your understanding.

Can we place decorations on the walls?
 

Yes, decorations can be hung with thumb tacks or painters tape only.  No tape or other adhesives are allowed.  You may be responsible for any damage made to the walls.  

Are we allowed to bring outside drinks?

Due to potential allergens, outside food and drinks are not allowed. 

How do I book a party at Jump N Play ?

We recommend checking out our website for information regarding party packages https://jumpnplaypa.aluvii.com/event and our food/drink menu. You will be able to place your deposit online for your party. Once you have placed your deposit online, please wait 3-4 business days for us to contact you to confirm the party date, time, and any additional scheduling logistics.   You can also book your party in person at the front desk. 

How early can we go into the party room prior to our party time?

Please keep in mind that the party room is privately booked for your event only during the time frame in which you booked it. Based upon availability, we will allow you to set up the party room 10-15 minutes prior to your reserved time.  A reminder this is not guaranteed. If you have any special accommodations, please notify our staff and we will assist accordingly.

Do my guests have to bring their own socks?

Everyone is required to wear socks at Jump N Play. Guests are welcome to bring their own socks. If guests do not have socks, they are available for purchase for $3/pair.

I've made my deposit for my party, now what?

After you have placed your deposit we will send you confirmation email in 3-4 business days, including your party date, time, and package.  Be sure to send to your guests the online waiver form via https://jumpnplaypa.aluvii.com/employee/Waiver/SignWaiver2?waiverId=4 in order to speed up the check-in process the day of the event. Can we bring a birthday cake or cupcakes and Where can we store our cake, decorations, and gifts?

Yes of course! You may bring in a Birthday cake or cupcakes for the party. We recommend notifying our staff at the front desk to place it on the tables dedicated to your party room. Please state which party you are here for and our staff will place it in its assigned party room space. If you have any items that need to be refrigerated, please inform our staff and we will help accordingly.

Can I move the tables and chairs in the party room?

Yes, as long as our party room is returned back to the original layout when finished. 

If sending my own invites, how do I send the liability waiver for the guests to fill out so that they can check in for the party?

When can I arrive to setup for my child's birthday party?

Party hosts can arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Please note that only the party host is allowed to arrive early for setup. All other party guests must arrive at the start of the party.

Do adults need to wear socks at Jump N Play?


Yes, all adults must wear socks. Bare feet are not allowed inside the facility.
